EALA member Winnie Odinga has shared her thoughts on Lawyer Saitabao Ole Kanchory’s book titled “Why Baba Is Not The 5th”.
In a text message to Kanchory, Winnie expressed her conflicting feelings about the book’s content and timing but acknowledged the truth in it.
She commended Kanchory for having the courage to speak the truth and warned him to prepare for backlash.
Kanchory’s book reveals the internal conflicts and power struggles among Raila Odinga’s top campaign managers that may have cost him the presidency for the fifth time.
It also mentions some of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s senior officials who were disinterested in campaigning for Odinga. Kanchory called Raila’s loss a triple tragedy and praised him as the best president Kenya never had.
