Raila, Ruto, and Wajackoyah have all pledged to deal with corruption in different ways if elected.

So far, we have three top presidential candidates, with Wajackoyah emerging as a strong contender. They’ve all been traveling the country, selling their ideas to Kenyans in order to gain votes.

Corruption is one of the most significant challenges Kenya has faced, impeding growth. The presidential candidates have taken different approaches to the issue.

Raila Odinga has promised to imprison our country’s corrupt leaders. The former prime minister stated confidently that he will exorcise the big demon of corruption that has been letting us down for a long time.

George Wajackoyah, the leader of the Roots Party, has a more aggressive approach to combating corruption. The Luyha gentleman stated that after harvesting bhang, they will make ropes and use them to hang corrupt leaders. As the consequences are daring, the lawyer may not have mercy on anyone involved in this act.

Deputy President William Ruto also discussed how he plans to handle the cases. He promised to strengthen the judiciary and other bodies charged with carrying out anti-corruption mandates. According to him, this will help in dealing with the situation, and anyone found guilty should face the consequences.
