The Kenya Kwanza coalition, led by Deputy President Ruto, and the Azimio One Kenya Alliance, led by Raila Odinga, are doing everything possible to win the hearts and votes of Kenyans. Despite the fact that four candidates have been cleared by the IEBC to run in the August polls, the 2022 presidential race is considered a two-horse race.
Martha Karua claims during a campaign rally in Mombasa that Deputy President Ruto is good at making rhetorical promises in Kenya and warns Kenyans against voting for him. She claims that Deputy President Ruto is unfit to be Kenya’s fifth president because he has failed to fulfill previous promises.
She also warned residents of the coastal region to reject leaders who seek to sow discord among Kenyans.
As a country, we are in danger because of some politicians who are hell-bent on dividing Kenyans during electioneering. “Let us not allow them to sow discord,” Martha Karua said.
