Today, during the Citizen television morning breakfast show, Makueni County Governor Professor Kivuta Kibwana was among the guests present. During his speech, he reflected on the Kalonzo Musyoka incident of selecting his running mate, saying that it was wrong for Kalonzo to do so for his long-time friend Raila Odinga.
According to Kivuta Kibwana, Kalonzo is receiving advice from young leaders such as Dan Manzo, Mutula Junior, and other Wiper leaders. He went on to say that Kalonzo should take a seat and think before acting. Furthermore, he stated that Azimio leaders offered him a good position and that if he is Kalonzo Musyoka, he will accept the position and support Raila Odinga for the position of fifth president.
He also stated that what Kalonzo is attempting to force is a rerun of this election, which he will not be able to obtain because Raila Odinga’s campaign team is now full and ready to campaign.
