Deputy President William Ruto is expected to arrive in London on Sunday for the second phase of his foreign journey, following his recent remarks in the United States of America, which sparked outrage among Azimio La Umoja leaders in the United States.
Last Sunday, the Deputy President and his entourage left the country for the United States and the United Kingdom.
Ruto will meet with senior government officials in London, visit the National Counter Terrorism Centre, and deliver a speech at the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Royal Institute of International Affairs, also known as Chatham House.
Deputy President William Ruto completed his tours at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Lanham, Maryland, accompanied by several Kenya Kwanza Alliance (KKA) leaders, including Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi, Kwale County Governor Salim Mvurya and his Turkana counterpart Josphat Nanok, and Kirinyaga County Governor Anne Waiguru.
