Hon Charity Kaloki Ngilu, Kitui Governor, has reacted angrily to recent statements made by Deputy President Dr. William Samoei Ruto during his visit to Ukambani on Thursday.
Kalonzo Musyoka, according to DP Ruto, is tired of supporting ODM leader Raila Odinga until he loses his hair.
Ngilu responded to DP Ruto by saying that the second-in-command is a very rude man for making such remarks. She told DP Ruto not to use such obscene words in the Ukamabani region again.

She added that DP Ruto has disrespected Kalonzo Musyoka and the entire people of Ukambani. She also said that the difference between Kalonzo Musyoka and DP Ruto is that one is very honest.
According to Ngilu, Kalonzo is a very honest, loyal, and trustworthy guy who has worked hard to restore peace to the country, and that comparing Kalonzo and Ruto is like comparing night and day.
She asked Kenyans to vote against DP Ruto, the UDA leader, since he is corrupt and has a shady past. She also stated that Ukambani, not Ruto, is right behind Azimio la Umoja.
