Guests were chased by a snake during a political conference attended by Wiper Leader and presidential candidate Kalonzo Musyoka, which resulted in dramatic scenes. After a perceptive guest on the platform where the VIP leaders were seated noticed the snake crawling its way there, the event held by the former vice president descended into mayhem.
According to Ebru TV, the gathering was labeled a grass roots leaders forum and was a follow-up to a prior event where the party discussed the political path the community will take in the run-up to the 2022 presidential elections. The event organizers were compelled to look for the snake under the tables while flipping the carpet near to the dais in order to kill the creature.
It was finally cornered by a brave party member, who trampled it to death before taking it up and hurling it out of the tent, much to the relief of the party’s terrified participants.
