During his tour of Narok to launch projects, President William Ruto announced that the price of unga will decrease from approximately Ksh230 to Ksh150, effective next week.
Additionally, Ruto criticized the Azimio coalition led by Raila Odinga for their plan to resume Maandamano protests, which will occur simultaneously with discussions with the government.
He urged them to abandon their arrogance and participate in Parliament to resolve their issues, stating that their actions were disrupting citizens’ lives. Ruto emphasized that their focus should be on delivering development as promised after the election.
