Hon Kithure Kindiki, the outgoing Tharaka Nithi senator who was a Chief Agent for Dr William Ruto during the recent election, has finally broken his silence after a report emerged indicating that the Supreme Court is likely to declare former Prime Minister Raila Odinga as President elect.
The Azimio la Umoja have announced that they will present their petition to the Court on Monday, where it is expected that the ruling will be in their favor because they have evidence that the election was rigged.
“Prepare for the LAST Supreme Court battle. Ignore the rhetoric; Kenya has a good judiciary that is comparable to any in the world. The right will triumph over the might.” Kindiki posted something on Facebook.
He has reassured their supporters that Kenya has a good judiciary that is independent and cannot be manipulated, and that justice will be served without favoring any political party.
