President Uhuru Kenyatta, the outgoing president of the Republic of Kenya, may close a large deal to supplement the extra retirement benefits that the state has already stipulated for him.
Moses Wetangula, speaking at a funeral in Musikoma ward yesterday, urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to congratulate President-elect Dp Willian Ruto on his victory even though he was not his preferred successor.
President Uhuru Kenyatta will be given a job by the Kenya Kwanza administration, according to Bungoma senator-elect Moses Wetangula.
He also assured President Uhuru that Kenya Kwanza, led by President-elect William Ruto, will respect him and ensure that no one disturbs him by providing security.
The senator-elect also congratulated the president, assuring Kenyans that the transition and handover process would be peaceful.
