Incoming Langata MP Jalango has made it clear how he intends to run his affairs, including radio hosting and advertisements on his platforms, as well as his YouTube channel.
On his Instagram page, the comedian turned politician revealed that club gigs are off the table, but he might consider a radio gig if it doesn’t interfere with his work as an MP.
“Allow me to respond to a few of your inquiries… For the time being, Langata is my top priority. Delivery of our manifesto and promises to the electorate Radio is my passion, and if I can get a morning show that ends by 9 a.m. so that I can make it to bunge on time, why not? … Will you continue to host club events and make club appearances? NO! My new job comes with a lot of responsibilities, and I might not have time for clubs anymore… You must commit to taking on and supporting a community project in Langata in order for me to be a brand ambassador for your product… Lifting a community is more valuable than lifting an individual…”
