William Kabogo Tells Kenyans “Jipange Manze” Moments Before Presidential Election Results

Former Kiambu governor William Kabogo has spoken just moments before the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission announces presidential election results.

The first Kiambu governor, writing on Twitter, says that while Kenyans wait for the results, they should know that the president’s job is not to feed them or to serve their personal interests. He encourages them to work hard so that they can support themselves and their families.

Final preparations for the release of the presidential elections are currently underway in Kenya’s Bomas. It has been almost 6 days since the elections, and today Kenyans will learn who their president-elect is.
