A photo of a young voter in Siaya county in the Nyanza region carrying a granny on his back has gone viral in the country, according to various media outlets.
The man, who identified himself as David, stated that he had no choice but to carry the granny on his back to the voting center and cast her vote for her preferred candidate in the recently concluded national election.
The young man stated that he is carrying the granny because of his love for the opposition chief Raila Odinga, and that is why everyone must turn out in large numbers to vote for him in as this is his last chance to win the national seat.
The photos were also shared by Jarida Andayi of citizen radio, who posted them on her Facebook page, and Kenyans reacted angrily without saying anything.
