Nairobi ex-governor Mike Sonko has left many people speechless after being spotted in the city with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Sonko drummed up support for the Azimio team in Nairobi County after commissioning several projects with the president.
Sonko believes the NMS has done a good job in the city since he was removed from office via a humiliating impeachment.
President Uhuru Kenyatta, on the other hand, commissioned several hospitals and roads before issuing Kasarani title deeds.
Uhuru also urged Kenyans to vote for Azimio flag bearer Raila Odinga as the country’s fifth president.
Unfortunately, Sonko has yet to learn his fate, as a court case is currently pending to determine whether he will be on the ballot for the August 9th elections.
The IEBC disqualified Sonko from the race on the grounds that he had been impeached for misusing public funds.
With the general election only a few days away, all eyes will be on the courts to see what will happen to Mike Sonko.
