Despite rumors that Deputy President William Ruto and the entire Kenya Kwanza Alliance Brigade would not be present, Narc Kenya Party Leader Hon. Martha Karua allegedly stormed out.
According to a viral video clip seen by this writer, Martha Karua, a member of the Azimio team, apologized to the IEBC and the media because they had more pressing and urgent matters to deal with at the time of their departure from the meeting (where they were rushing to after leaving the IEBC).
Kenyans like Dennis Itumbi have praised Karua’s decision, citing her previous walkouts from events hosted by Presidents Moi and Kibaki, as well as today’s ostensibly due to the presence of Deputy President Ruto.
