As the rest of the form one students continue to register in High school, one boy who scored 412 in the last National examination is not sure of his future as his father who got an accident four years ago is incapacitated.
In Nasira village Matayos constituency, Jian Marende was called to report to Kamusinga High school.
His father Francis Ambundo got involved in a road accident four years ago where he sustained head and right leg injuries, with the leg not fully recovered and preventing him from going about the role of generating income for his family, that is fully relying on the mother of Jian who has had to do manual jobs to keep the family going.
The mother has appealed to anyone to come to their rescue, saying her son loves education and she is sure it will yield better fruits in future.
