We have seen residents from various parts of the country take to the streets to protest election malpractices seen in the nominations. Candidates are attempting to get on the ballot by any means possible. It is disheartening to hear well-known and respected leaders accused of election rigging. The most recent allegations are leveled at Honorable John Mbadi. Residents of Suna West took to the streets of Migori, claiming that the Suba South legislator tampered with the elections.
There was a blackout in the vote-counting hall, according to standard digital’s official Twitter handle. They claim that honorable Joseph Obioro Ndiege was in charge prior to the blackout. Suna West residents have stated in a video posted by Standard Digital that if it were not for Joseph Ndiege, there would be no ODM in the Suna West Constituency. So there you have it.
