MURDER/FOLLOW-UP REPORT IS THE SUBJECT.
Refer to my previous murder incident reports, Ob 6/17/4/2022 at 0950hrs and Ob No 33/17/4/22 at 1930hrs, and be informed that one suspect, Florence Kanairo Ntoiti Meru, a female adult aged 31yrs, has been arrested and is being held at Maua police station in connection with the murder of the deceased Swaleh Kalema Baraza court Administrator II Maua law court.
The suspect and the deceased were discovered to be living together as husband and wife in Maua.
They went to Kajuto hotel in Laare Igembe North Sub county for a drink on 17/04/2022 around 4 p.m. According to the CCTV footage, they arrived at around 1700hrs on board the Suspect’s motor vehicle, registration number KCF 721C. At around 0240hrs, the suspect is seen walking to the vehicle, leaving the deceased at the hotel, citing the deceased’s and the waiter’s infirmity. Around 0300hrs, the deceased is seen leaving the hotel with the waiter. The suspect approaches them, and the deceased boards the vehicle, and they depart in the direction of Maua, leaving the waiter behind.
However, the deceased did not make it to Maua. He was found murdered three kilometers from the hotel in KK. The suspect went to their Maua home and did not file a report. The house was searched, and the suspect was apprehended. It was also discovered that the suspect had some injuries on her middle and fourth fingers that had already been stitched. She was taken into custody to assist with the investigation. Currently, pbc is the case.
