Deputy President Dr. William Ruto has devised a clever mechanism for meeting President Uhuru Kenyatta during his visit to central Kenya yesterday.
President Uhuru Kenyatta visited Muranga county yesterday, where he attended a church function before touring the Mount Kenya region via roadshows and stopovers.
President Uhuru Kenyatta promised to return to the region to campaign for his preferred presidential candidate, Raila Odinga, during the visits.
To coincide with the president’s visit, the deputy president, Dr. William Ruto, is scheduled to visit Muranga County on Sunday to publicize his presidential bid and campaign for the United Democratic Alliance elected leaders in the region.
