Political tension remains high in Kenya as fresh details emerge on daily basis. This happens following the increased political drama as politicians continue coming up with different ideologies ahead of the tough journey ahead. Mudavadi has remained to be the source of cries among most Western region people over his move to support DP Ruto.
Current MP from his constituency expressed his disappointment saying that everyone trusted Mudavadi with moving direct to the ballot paper. However, things just turned out and he got lured into joining UDA.
“We told him, ‘Your supporters want you to go all the way to the ballot as a presidential candidate’, but we were disadvantaged since we did not have the resources to face Raila Odinga and William Ruto in the campaigns. The only option for us then was to join the Deputy President and work with him,” said Agoi.
This is something that has left many complaining saying that he received some cash from DP Ruto.
