Kalonzo Musyoka, leader of the Wiper party and Ukambani, has finally dropped the beans after several days of intense speculation.
Kalonzo, who has been designated as an indecisive king maker, stated that he is willing to collaborate with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga only provided he supports his candidacy for coalition flag bearer.
Kalonzo spoke just hours after his point man, Makueni senator Mutula Kilonzo, claimed that the ODM leader had bleached a previously signed document.
During his press conference, Kalonzo Musyoka mentioned a previous pact he signed that was supposed to expire after the 2022 general elections.
Kalonzo has stated that he is open to speak with the ODM if they just use the earlier documents in which Odinga promised to assist him in the next 2022 general elections.
“My brother (Raila) has the option of abiding by our legal agreement or choosing to act in utter defiance and repudiation of the agreement compounding the trust deficit. In both cases, he remains a brother and I’m ready to work with him again.”- Kalonzo Musyoka
