It has been revealed that the deputy president William Ruto will be a key topic of discussion at a top meeting of President Uhuru Kenyatta, which will begin on Wednesday at Sagana State Lodge.
Top allies of President Uhuru Kenyatta are prepared to deal with Deputy President William Ruto’s influence in the region, noting that they will devise all strategies to boost him in the upcoming general elections.
This is a big blow to the second in command, who has been in the Mt Kenya region for the past week, hoping for the region’s support in the August general elections.
“The DP is free because of Uhuru Kenyatta, he saved him from the ICC and now he is all around attacking him and tarnishing his reputation,” top ally of the Head of State noted.
They have sworn that they will not allow the deputy president, William Ruto, to ruin the president’s good name, and that they are prepared to deal with him in any way possible ahead of the upcoming general elections.
This may require the second in command to go back to the drawing board and devise new ways to cope with them.
