Dr. Karanja Kibicho, the powerful interior principal secretary, has chastised Deputy President Dr. William Ruto and his allies for constantly calling him and his boss Matiang’i names.
Following a conference with over 1000 delegates at the Kagio Abai lodges in Kirinyaga County, Kibicho stated that people who wish to corrupt us in the interior ministry.
Angry kibicho stated that he controls ksh 140 billion, which explains why Ruto and his allies are always bitter about calling us names.
