Teresiah Wairimu, a well-known City pastor, has spoken up about an incident that happened to her when she was young, claiming that it was one of the key factors that motivated her to become a Preacher who now speaks and attempts to soothe girls who have experienced what she did.
Wairimu claimed that when she was 15, she was hired by a man who had promised her a job, and because she needed one, she went to work for him. Her joy, however, would soon turn to tears when her boss and his son began sleeping with her.
This would continue for a long time until she became pregnant. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they allegedly pushed her to have an abortion because they were afraid of being discovered. Wairimu would eventually leave and go on to become a mentor to other females who had gone through similar or worse experiences.
Kenyans who resorted to social media to share their ideas and suggestions in response to the occurrence have urged on the Inspector General of Police, Hillary Mutyambai, to launch an investigation into the incident in order to find the perpetrators.
Most Kenyans believe it is unfortunate that most of these criminals go free despite causing so much harm to other people’s lives. As a result, Kenyans believe that the suspects should be arrested and taken to jail regardless of whether or not their victims have forgiven them.
Esther… I don’t care whether or not she has forgiven them, these are the kind of people who we don’t need in our society, let the be taken to jail because if not they will keep on doing this kind of things to others in the society.
