A Bondo family is currently mourning the tragic death of a relative who allegedly died inside a police cell just days after being arrested for unknown reasons.
The mother of the deceased has disclosed what happened, revealing that police officials took her son’s motorcycle after he allegedly parked it on the wrong side of the road. Witnesses stated that police officers removed his motorcycle without his permission, forcing him to travel to the police station to find out why.
“My son went to the police station to retrieve his motorcycle, which had been impounded. However, before doing so, he had gone to one of Bondo’s hospitals to acquire the Covid-19 Vaccination. I can’t tell you if he got one since as soon as he got out, he was informed that his motorcycle had been stolen by police officials for unknown reasons. With this in mind, he hurried to the police station to retrieve his motorcycle. I’m not sure what happened at the police station because he was arrested right away “, she explained.
The woman, who appeared to be upset, stated that their attempts to get him out of the police station were denied by the officers. Unfortunately, they would get a call from the cops informing them that the deceased had died in his cell.
In addition, the deceased’s brother stated that the deceased was healthy, stating that he was one of the strongest and healthiest family members among all their relatives, and as a result, he requested that the Ipoa conduct an investigation to determine what happened.
