The United States of America has broken its silence on the highly anticipated visit of William Ruto to the country, which is scheduled to take place next.
The United States Congress has expressed thanks for the opportunity to host such a great leader, stating that his visit will benefit not only Kenya but the entire African continent.
The Congress emphasized that key theme topics will be tackled during the deputy president’s visit to the country, including governance and the facilitation of faster economic development for Kenya and the huge African continent. Karen Bass, head of the US Congress’ Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, and Human Rights, will preside over the conference.
