Saitabao Ole Kanchory, who served as Raila Odinga’s chief agent, has criticized the public portal used by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) during the August 9 election, describing it as a public relations stunt.
In an interview with Spice FM on Friday, Kanchory claimed that the IEBC only displayed the results that they wanted the public to see.
He also questioned why the IEBC was hesitant to open its servers for a forensic audit if there was nothing to hide.
Kanchory argued that the Supreme Court’s failure to audit the servers during the election petition was a travesty of justice.
Raila Odinga has consistently called for a review of the servers to prove that he won the election, which he claims was stolen from him.
