Chief of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance As Raila Odinga is expected to file his petition in the Supreme Court today in an attempt to claim the presidency seat, William Ruto appears to be confident of securing a second victory against his close rivals Azimio la Umoja.
Both sides appear to be prepared, with visible evidence and high-profile lawyers who can, ideally, turn things around.
However, a well-known lawyer, Ahmednasir Abdullahi, has revealed that he wishes to but is unable to represent William Ruto in the Supreme Court because he previously represented Uhuru Kenyatta, who is reportedly supporting Azimio la Umoja.
He also stated that if he represents Ruto and thus raises clients, Uhuru will object. Things appear to be difficult on both sides, but it is now up to the Supreme Court to render its decision.
Meanwhile, Kabando wa Kabando is the latest politician to claim that Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua won the election.
