Following the remark by Meru County senator Mîthîka Lîntûri in Eldoret, Member of National Assembly for Gatundu South Moses Kuria has taken a trip down memory lane to the 2007/2008 post-election violence in Kenya.
Senator Lîntûri’s callous remarks have been condemned by the legislator, who is also the Chama Cha Kazi party head.
“If you are in Eldoret and you are near here, tell him to rebuke this talk. It doesn’t matter whether it is said by a Linturi or an Oscar Sudi. It matters that it is being said in Eltoret Sports Club few kilometers from PAG Church Kiambaa in ‘Burnt’ Forest. Jamani, madoadoa Tena. #RIPKiambaa36.” Read the post on Facebook by Moses Kuria.“
Moses Kuria’s counsel to DP Ruto comes just seconds after Senator Lîntûri addressed a large gathering at Eldoret Sports Club, urging members of the public to assist their son, DP Ruto, in getting rid of those who oppose his presidential quest. He called people opposed to Ruto’s bid madoadoa.
