Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia, who represents President-elect William Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua, has now claimed that Azimio-One Kenya Leader Raila Odinga’s legal team is using a new strategy to prevent President-elect William Ruto from mounting a defense in the Supreme Court petition challenging his victory.
Speaking in the flow of the house, Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia stated that this is the first time in the country’s history that 8 petitions have been filed challenging the election of the President-elect.
To him, this could be the new strategy used to prevent the President-elect from mounting a defense against eight petitions in four days. He did, however, express confidence that his clients’ victory would be upvoted.
