Kenyan Atheists Demand that the Government Ban Public Body Viewing.

For some time now, the Kenyan government has been conducting public viewings of late Presidents as a way of paying final respects to them. Every day, the body is usually taken from the morgue to Parliament, where the public can see him for the last time.

This has been heavily slandered by Kenyan atheists, who claim it has phycological problems for those who view the body. According to them, they have petitioned the government to outlaw the practice because it is archaic, unhealthy, and obsolete.

According to research, viewing a deceased body can result in cognitive effects known as false recognition. It is done when a person believes they hear or see the deceased in their immediate surroundings, followed by the realization that the person is dead.

They came to the conclusion that there are better ways to treat our dead, stating that they should understand death and find closure. As a result, they have asked Kenyans to embrace cremation because there is a need to raise awareness of cremation in order to reduce the likelihood of cultural offense.
