According to US Treasury reports, the daughters are Katerina Tikhonova, a tech executive whose main job is to keep Russia’s defense industry from being defeated by Ukrainian forces, and Maria Vorontsova, who leads state-funded genetics research programs personally overseen by President Vladimir Putin.
