Civil activism has been associated with some leaders, particularly those from Africa and parts of the Middle East.
Whereas these activists believe that whatever they advocate for is necessary, some leaders are opposed to it, and we have seen most of these activists politically assassinated and even dethroned as a result of their stance. Over the years, people like Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, and others have been assassinated for taking a stand on important social issues.
Leadership comes at a high price, and some have had to pay with their lives as a result of fighting for what they believe is right.
Fidel Castro, the former Cuban leader, is thought to be the most haunted leader in history, and no other leader can be compared to him.
As a civil activist for his country, he found himself at odds with some world leaders who sought to destroy him at all hours of the day and night, but without success. Being despised by the world’s most powerful leaders is a bad thing, and they will go to any length to eliminate you from the face of the earth.
For Fidel Castro, he was hated by many, but also loved by many. As a result of these factors, he had to be extremely vigilant because he never knew where the assassin would appear, but he was always prepared for anything.
Not long ago, the Cuban intelligence team discovered that this man Castro had survived up to 600 assassinations. He had to be cautious of everyone around him because even some of his closest allies frequently attempted to kill him. The Japanese mafias, as well as the states’ Criminal Investigation Agency (CIA) and other military organizations, attempted to assassinate him on numerous occasions.
They once gave him a toxic dive suit so that he would be poisoned to death by the time he wore it, but he found out about it and never wore it. In another failed attempt, they attempted to poison the cigar that he was supposed to take, but, like many other failed attempts, that failed as well.
Many people began to believe that Fidel was an immortal or a demigod, and that he must have used some secret powers to avoid all of the attempted assassinations. Some, on the other hand, claimed he was simply a lucky man.
On numerous occasions, he mocked it, claiming that he should have received an Olympic gold medal for surviving the most assassinations. All of the hired assassins tried their hardest, but none of them succeeded until he died at the age of 90, a happy old man.
Fidel Castro began his life at a young age and spent his entire life fighting for what he believed was right, which earned him many enemies from all over the world.
