Joshua Miguna Miguna, a Canadian-based solicitor and barrister, issued a statement on Twitter regarding the events at Bomas prior to the declaration of DP William Ruto as President-elect by IEBC Chairperson Wafula Chebukati.
Miguna Miguna’s statement is in response to what happened at Bomas.
According to Miguna, he asked the apex court, which is made up of seven judges, to keep a close eye on how police officers are being sent to break into Cleophas Malala’s house in order to arrest him for allegedly being involved in electoral offenses during the Kakamega Gubernatorial postponed elections, which took place on August 29th. The elections were originally scheduled to take place on August 29th.

Those who allegedly attacked Wafula Chebukati and the other two commissioners on his side when they allegedly refused to modify results for a run-off election are free to roam the halls of the Supreme Court. They have been granted permission.
Miguna is demanding that the assailants be arrested because what occurred was a violation of electoral law.
