Lawyer Paul Mwangi, on behalf of Azimio la Umoja, has written a letter to the International Criminal Court (ICC) dated April 14, requesting that it open investigations into the political situation in Kenya.
The letter, submitted in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Regulation of the Office of the Prosecutor, cites nine issues, including targeted attacks on protesters.
