The family of missing Embakasi IEBC Officer Daniel Mbolu Musyoka has requested that the police conduct a search for their relative, who went missing on August 11th.
Mbolu vanished shortly after declaring the results for the Member of National Assembly and MCA in the Embakasi East competition at the East Africa School of Aviation Constituency Tallying station on August 11, 2022.
His wife Tabitha Mbolu told the press a few days after he was reported missing that his family is disturbed because their search mission has included visits to mortuaries, hospitals, and other locations.
Tabitha, who spoke to journalists at their home in Nyonjoro Bahati Sub-County, Nakuru County, said her last phone call to her husband was on August 10th, when Mbolu informed her about the ongoing tallying process, which took his time.
On the material day, she attempted to call her husband but received no response.
During this time, she learned that her husband had gone missing.
The family claimed that at 9:40 a.m., Mbolu Musyoka, 53, who was supposed to announce the winners of the Member of National Assembly and Member of County Assembly races in Embakasi East, went to the toilet and never returned.
