Just hours after one of Atwoli’s wives, Mama Roslinda Simiyu, joined William Ruto’s UDA party, the COTU secretary general has announced that Mama Simiyu is no longer a member of his family. Mama Simiyu and Atwoli parted ways in 2007, when she was surrendered to William Ruto in Eldoret, according to Atwoli.
Atwoli announced that, in addition to deputy president Ruto’s new political buddies Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetang’ula, Ruto may now add mother Simiyu to his family for free. He further emphasized that Western is nothing more than Azimio la Umoja.
Mama Roselinda was introduced to UDA at a big rally in Bungoma posta grounds organized by ANC, FORD-Kenya, and UDA. Before declaring her strong support for William Ruto, she introduced herself as Atwoli’s wife.
Atwoli has been deputy president William Ruto’s most vocal critic throughout the years. As a result, the nation was taken aback when his wife expressed her support for Sugoi’s son.
