A few weeks after touring the Counties of the Coast region, where residents promised to support Deputy President William Ruto with remarks that they have been supporting Azimio La Umoja One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga despite the fact that he has abandoned them, the residents have once again shortchanged the second in command.
This comes after Mr Odinga took to Twitter this evening to confirm what the people of Mombasa had promised him ahead of the August elections.
Raila wrote on Twitter, “Watu wetu wa Mombasa leo hii wametuhakikishia kwamba tarehe tisa mwezi wa nane shuguli itakua moja tu, kupigia #BabaNaMartha kura.”
The opposition leader believes that the time has come for him to be given the opportunity to fulfill his dream to the people of Kenya, as he will be making his fifth consecutive run for the country’s top job, this time with high hopes of winning because he has slightly more support in Mt Kenya.
