Kenyans may be glued to their televisions in an attempt to watch the supreme court’s presidential petition, which was packed with top legal minds on Tuesday with the intention of pleading their arguments.
Raila Odinga, the head of Azimio la Umoja, appears eager to reverse Wafula Chebukati’s declaration that Ruto is the president-elect in order to fight the IEBC and William Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza.
According to The Star Kenya, the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission, led by Wafula Chebukati, is required to hand over its software, tallying charts, transmission, and servers to Raila Odinga for supervised access.
The Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Coalition appears to have a good opportunity to allay their concerns about the presidential results by carefully examining what the IEBC certified and proclaimed.
