Linus Kaikai has been appointed as the company’s Group Editorial Director by Royal Media Services.
This follows Joe Ageyo’s departure to pursue other pursuits.
“I am delighted to announce Linus Kaikai’s appointment as RMS Group Editorial Director.” Linus was previously the Director of Strategy and Innovation,” said Group Managing Director Wachira Waruru in a statement to colleagues.
According to the press release, Kaikai will continue to serve as Strategy and Innovation Director in addition to his new post as Editorial Director.
“Linus will be in charge of the administrative and editorial functions of Royal Media Services’ news and current affairs operations across all RMS platforms,” Mr Waruru added.
Mr. Ageyo was also thanked by the MD for his service.
“I also want to announce that Joe Ageyo, who has been the RMS’s Editorial Director for the previous four years, is leaving the firm to pursue other interests.” “I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Joe for his service and wish him the best in his future undertakings,” Mr. Waruru added.
