H. E Wiiliam Somoei Arap Ruto will be President of the Republic of Kenya, as the slot is set for a United Democratic Alliance candidate, with the Deputy President expected to come from the party.
With the letter already submitted to the registrar of political parties, Kenya Kwanza which is a coalition of Parties. There will be a Prime cabinet secretary position set up, lead by Amani National Congress party assumed it will be given to Musalia Mudavadi.
Then there will be a National Assembly position given to Ford-Kenya where Mosses Wetangula comes in, then the speaker of senate will be given to Pan African Alliance party (PAA) which will be allocated to Amason Kingi.
There will be a 21 cabinet secretaries.
However, Musalia Mudavadi and Mosses Wetangula are allocated 30% of Ruto`s government in the prime cabinet secretariat. With them having six cabinet slots and a good share of development projects, as long as they bring to the votes 70% of Western Kenya including counties like, Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga and Transzoia.
Priority projects will be dne in Western region, including completion of roads, reviving of sugar factories, 1000km new roads, manufacturing, fisheries, agro-processing and housing projects.
Kilifi will be given the senate speaker position, and appointment of employment of 50% at the Kenya Ports authority (KPA) as long as Kilifi with a voting block of 582,631 with Kenya Kwanza asking for 50%, from Members of parliament seats in Malindi, Magarini, Ganze, Rabai and Kaloleni.
Maendeleo Chap Chap lead by Alfred Mutua getting one cabinet position in either the ministry of water or energy, if that fails there will be a nomination slot to be majority leader in either senate of National assembly, as long as it delivered 35% of the 1.7 votes in Machakos, Kitui and Makueni counties.
The functions of the Deputy president will include, charring of all cabinet committees, oversee implementation of cabinet decisions, coordinate inter government partners funded projects and coordinate constitutional commissions, independent bodies affairs with National assembly.
The functions of Prime Cabinet Secretary are to assist the president and Deputy president in government ministries. Oversee implementation of National Government policies, coordinate government legislative agenda across ministries and supervise technical monitoring and evaluation of government policies.
Kenya Kwanza has 11 more political parties and still more parties are welcomed in a post-election party agreement that is available. The three founder parties take a huge chunk with DP party, Jibebe and Chama cha Kazi expected to be rewarded according to what they will have brought to the table.
