The Kenya Broadcasting Cooperation headquarters caught fire this morning. According to reliable sources, the harry thuku media based house caught fire around 6:00 a.m.
According to a post by Kenyan.Co.ke, the media house has been consumed by flames up to the main building attached to the broadcasting house.
The good news is that the fire is still being managed and contained by the Nairobi County Government’s police and fire departments, as well as G4S.
According to reliable sources within the media organization, all of the employees were rescued and no one was harmed or injured. The extent of the property damage is unknown, as is the cause of the fire.
Cases of fire breaks have been on the rise in recent years; just five days ago, there was another case at Nairobi’s city market.
