Supporters of UDA President-elect William Ruto were left guessing this morning after reports surfaced that five leaders allied to Kenya Kwanza had joined the Azimio One Kenya coalition.
According to ODM gubernatorial candidate for Kakamega Fernades Barasa, 5 Kenya Kwanza MCAs have joined his bid to be the next Kakamega county boss via his verified Twitter account.
“Over 5 Kenya Kwanza MCAs have called to express their goodwill and desire to collaborate with us. I warmly welcomed them “He stated.
Barasa went on to say that the Azimio one Kenya coalition will have more MCAs in the Kakamega county assembly than the Ruto-led alliance.
“This joins over 40 MCAs from Azimio and independents who are already on board, bringing the total to slightly morethan 50 out of 60,” Barasa concluded.
