Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Alliance Coalition day chairman President Uhuru Kenyatta will meet all newly elected Azimio la Umoja one Kenya Alliance coalition leaders at 10 a.m. today, Saturday, August 13, 2022.
According to a report in the Star Kenya newspaper, it is unclear what the meeting’s agenda will be or whether it will take place at State House or the KICC.
However, sources say the president wants to assess the performance of his coalition and reach an agreement on the next steps.
This comes just hours after Dennis Onsarigo, press secretary for Azimio la Umoja, one Kenya Alliance coalition presidential candidate Rt Raila Amolo Odinga, said Azimio la Umoja will hold an inaugural conference for its elected members later in the day at KICC.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in Azimio’s blue colors.
This comes as IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati revealed that Mr Daniel Muchoka, the returning officer for Embakasi East Constituency, has gone missing while on duty at the East African School of Aviation Centre.
